		<description>Yeah, I could solve the rubik&#039;s cube when I was 10 also. I always had one of these things around and just plain figured it out. Now I&#039;m 40 and an&#039;t remember for the life of me. i picked one up the other day and thought it would come back to me but, unlike a bicycle, it doesn&#039;t.  I think I&#039;ll out some effort in to find out just how addled I am these days.</description>

I didn&#039;t solve it then make the patterns, I actually assumed the patterns were to be the completed pattern and solved it like that.</description>

		<description>You won&#039;t ruin the cube doing this. Speed solvers often do this to lubricate the cube. It goes back together pretty easily. Basically, insert the bottom corners, then the middle row rotating it as you add pieces, then do the top leaving out one edge, Rotate the top 45°, then snap in the last piece. Do it as if it were solved, though. If you get one piece turned the wrong way, the puzzle could be, and most likely will be, unsolvable.</description>
